With over 30 years of experience in property and finance, Paddy Greene is the driving force behind Greene Finance & Property. A trusted name in Dundalk and Co. Louth, Paddy has built his reputation on honesty, local knowledge, and a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their goals. From guiding first-time buyers through the mortgage process to advising on property sales and valuations, Paddy combines financial expertise with a personal approach that puts clients first. Sinead McAvinney
Sinead McAvinney is a qualified financial advisor (QFA) with over 8 years of experience working with Greene Property. As a Mortgage Advisor, she helps clients secure the right mortgage to suit their needs and also guides them through essential protection products such as life cover and mortgage protection.
What Sinead enjoys most about her role is helping people – from first-time buyers to families moving home – and making what can feel like a stressful process simple and straightforward. With her financial expertise and personal approach, Sinead ensures every client feels supported and confident in their journey to home ownership.
Avril Crawley
Avril is the first friendly face you’ll see when visiting Greene Property. As part of our Front of House team, she ensures every client receives a warm welcome and seamless support from the very first call.
Alongside her reception role, Avril is also our home insurance expert, helping clients protect their properties with the right cover. She also contributes to property management, assisting landlords and tenants with day-to-day needs and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
With her approachable style and attention to detail, Avril makes sure clients feel at ease and confident that their property needs are in safe hands.
Katie McCaughey
With over a year of experience in the mortgage industry, Katie McCaughey specialises in ensuring that every mortgage application is processed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with regulatory standards. She takes pride in guiding clients through what can often be a stressful process with patience and care, making each step as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Katie’s expertise lies in managing application workflows, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining clear, consistent communication between clients and lenders – ensuring a seamless experience from application to approval.
Sarah McArdle
Sarah McArdle is the newest member of our team and brings a detail-oriented approach to her role. With experience in property administration, sales support, office coordination, and social media management, Sarah plays a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.
She manages property administration, client communications, and supports the sales process from start to finish. As our social media expert, Sarah also oversees Greene Property’s online platforms, helping to boost brand visibility and engagement with fresh, engaging content.
